The Hiram Women's basketball team is looking to make history this weekend. With only two more wins needed to make history for Hiram Women's basketball, they are up against Wittenburg University tonight. On Saturday they're up against DePauw. The Terriers are 11-9 in the conference, while going 5-3 on the road. The women have already beaten Wittenberg earlier this the year, 62-44.
According to Assistant coach Brittany Glaser, last game, they "shot phenomenally" and are hoping to continue that in tonight's game.
Tonight's opponent, Wittenberg is 5-12 so far this season, being 3-5 at home. They are 4-6 in the conference.
With a win tonight, the Terriers will be tied with most wins in a season, and if they win their game tomorrow against DePauw, they will make Hiram women's basketball history.
Tipoff at Wittenburg is set for 7 p.m. tonight.
Brittany Glaser, on the women's keys to bringing a victory home the second time around.
